Aimed at beginners wanting to learn the basic boxing punches / stance and technique before entering a class

CIRCUIT:
A great cross training workout designed to improve strength, core, power and balance, interspersed with cardiovascular drills to improve fitness. Equipment based - Just like a personal training session. Can be adapted for all levels.
CYCLE:
A motivating non-impact indoor 45 minute cycling session. The instructor will lead you through different terrains and profiles through an easy change to resistance. Suitable for all fitness levels.
CYCLE PLUS:
Reach your goals with X training. Adds variety and variety and improves all-round fitness. Rotating sessions each week between:

Cardio Express: Gym only cardio/circuit based indoor / outdoor. In and around gym equipment.
ESSENTIAL STRETCH:
Enhance your longevity and wellbeing while improving your flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Hi / Lo:
Using low intensity moves and combinations to challenge your cardiovascular system. Suitable for intermediate - advanced.
FAT BURNER:
A fantastic combination class.
Get fit, burn calories. Cardiovascular class utilizing low-high intensity moves and combinations followed by a strength and abdominal section.
FIT 50'S:
An exercise program designed specifically for adults aged over 50. Combining weights, and fun filled group fitness activities. Suitable for all fitness levels. Join us for a cuppa after class!/td>
KIDS FITNESS:
A free program designed for children aged 5 - 12 years. Lots of exercise, games and social interaction. Members enjoy our workout while kids have fun!
PILATES:
A conditioning program with a focus on your core muscle. This will improve your posture, and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels.
STEP:
A moderate to highly choreographed class using an adjustable platform to tone the butt and thighs. A great cardiovascular workout suitable for intermediate fitness level.
YOGA:
Tone your body, relax your mind and re-energize with yoga. Great for building strength, improve flexibility and de-stressing. Suitable for all fitness levels.
ZUMBA:
Come join the party! Latin inspired fitness, dynamic and exciting dance workout! Easy to follow. Suitable for all fitness levels.
